About

About GenReachiva, in a methodology statement

GenReachiva is a small, remote research bureau that measures how AI assistants mention and cite lawful adult brands. We do not optimize anything ourselves. We design question sets, sample answers repeatedly, code them consistently and report what we find with its uncertainty, so brands and their partners can decide what to do next.

Four rules of the bureau

  1. 1
    We count what answers say

Codes are applied the same way to every brand, including rivals.

  2. 2
    We show uncertainty

Every figure carries its sample size; small moves inside the margin are called noise.

  3. 3
    We separate policy from performance

Refused adult-topic answers are reported apart, never counted as absence.

  4. 4
    We stay independent

Implementation belongs to your team or partner; we measure before and after.

  • Projects that need implementation rather than measurement

A new bureau

GenReachiva began in 2026. There are no client names on this site yet, and there will be none without written permission. Fees are set out under pricing, and the method in our research; the report on measuring AI visibility is the best place to begin.

How the bureau works

  • Repeat, then report. No figure comes from a single answer.
  • Ranges, not points. Every share carries its sample size and margin.
  • Evidence kept. Every answer is saved, so any figure can be checked.
  • No manipulation. We measure what assistants say; we never try to game them.

The evidence we draw on

Our methods draw on published research, including the GEO paper presented at KDD 2024 and studies of how often AI assistants repeat the same brand lists, together with analyses of the sources assistants cite, such as Peec AI's March 2026 study. We follow the assistants' own announcements about models and policies, and record them alongside every round. Every field report lists the evidence behind it and when that evidence was last reviewed.

The first month

A first engagement starts with a week agreeing the question set, rivals and coding rules, followed by a pilot run to test them. The full baseline comes next, with saved answers and a first readout. Four weeks in, you hold a documented method and a baseline that every later round can be compared against, on the plan set out under pricing.

What the bureau does not do

We do not write content, build links, run advertising or offer legal advice. When findings point to work on your site or with third parties, we describe it precisely and your team or partners carry it out. Keeping measurement separate from implementation keeps the figures independent and the advice free of any interest in selling extra work.

Working with the bureau

The bureau works remotely with brands and agencies in any market. Readouts arrive as written documents with the raw answers attached, and short calls are available to walk through findings. We keep the same analyst on your account wherever possible, so the coding stays consistent from round to round, and any change of analyst is noted in the readout.

Languages and markets

The bureau measures in English by default and in other languages where clients sell, with native speakers coding the answers.

Questions

Why only measure, and not optimize as well?

Because the person scoring the work should not be the person doing it. Keeping measurement separate keeps the figures honest.

Are you tied to any AI company or tool vendor?

No. We use the assistants as customers do and are not paid by any AI company or tool vendor.

Where is the bureau based?

We work remotely for brands in the US and internationally. The company behind the bureau is listed in our terms.

LLM visibility audit

Find out how often AI assistants name your brand

Tell us your brand, your market and your main competitors. We run a sample of real customer questions through the major AI assistants several times, record mentions and citations, and send back a readout showing the ranges observed. The first one costs nothing and binds you to nothing.
