GenReachiva terms of service

These terms govern genreachiva.site, free audits, and every plan purchased from GenReachiva.

1About GenReachiva

GenReachiva trades as a name of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, an Indian company; registration details appear on proposals and invoices. Questions about these terms go to hello@genreachiva.site. Our approach is described on the about page.

2Eligible clients

We serve businesses and agencies whose products and services are lawful where they operate: adult and sexual wellness retailers, product brands, subscription platforms and dating services. We do not accept escort or sexual-services businesses.

3What we provide

GenReachiva measures and reports. Each plan covers question-set design, repeated sampling, coding, analysis and written readouts, as set out under pricing and confirmed in your proposal. Content, technical changes, advertising and any other implementation are outside our services.

4Refused requests

The bureau declines any attempt to manipulate AI assistants or their training data, publish misleading or disguised content, create fake reviews or posts, access any competitor's systems, or present a figure without its sample size.

5Nature of the results

AI answers vary between runs and change as assistants are updated. Our figures are estimates with stated margins, based on the samples we collect. We do not promise any mention, citation, ranking, traffic or revenue outcome, and our readouts describe what we observed rather than what will happen.

6Client responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your brand, markets and competitors.
• Remain responsible for your own marketing, legal compliance and age-verification obligations.
• Decide which recommendations to act on and who carries them out.

7Fees and payment

• Each month is invoiced in US dollars at your proposal's rate.
• Without commitment: a written notice from either side ends the plan thirty days later.
• Committed: a term of three, six or twelve months earns the lower rate, with every month of that term owed.
• Invoices are due within fourteen days; applicable taxes appear on the invoice.

8Confidentiality and ownership

Anything you tell us about your business stays private. Paid-for readouts and data prepared for you are yours to use; our methods, coding schemes and templates remain ours. Our privacy policy governs personal information.

9Liability

Where the law forbids capping liability, no cap applies. Otherwise, the most GenReachiva can owe across every claim equals one quarter's fees received before the problem arose, excluding lost profits and anything AI assistants, search engines or other third parties do.

10Ending a plan

Once a committed term has run its course, a written notice from either side closes the plan after thirty days. The bureau can stop work at once when the eligibility rules or "Refused requests" are broken, and either side can withdraw over a serious breach that stays unresolved two weeks after being raised.

11Governing law

Indian law applies to this agreement and Indian courts settle any dispute, except where a proposal both sides have signed chooses differently.
