Privacy policy
Last amended
This policy explains what personal information GenReachiva collects, why, and what choices you have. We serve brands in the United States and elsewhere, and where the GDPR or similar laws apply to you, you have the rights they give.
1Who runs GenReachiva
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, incorporated under Indian law, runs GenReachiva. For privacy questions, write to hello@genreachiva.site or use the intake form.
2Information we collect
- Intake responses: your name, email, type of brand, website, markets, competitors and message, used to prepare a free audit and reply to you.
- Client records: agreements, invoices and correspondence, kept to deliver the work and meet legal duties.
- Data you share for the work: usually brand names, question lists and published web pages, not personal data.
- Security signals: limited technical data used only to block spam and abuse of the form.
3Information we do not need
We never need your customers' personal data, account passwords or payment card details for a measurement project. Please do not send them; anything received by mistake is deleted.
4How our measurement handles data
We ask AI assistants general questions that customers might ask and record the answers. These questions contain no personal information about you, your customers or anyone else.
5Cookies and tracking
One essential cookie protects the intake form from abuse. We run no analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
6Who receives information
The companies hosting our site and email handle information strictly as we instruct. Personal information is never sold; it reaches authorities only under a legal obligation, and a client's name appears in public only after they agree in writing.
7International transfers
GenReachiva operates from India and uses providers in several countries. Where the law requires, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and move only what the work needs.
8How long we keep information
- Intake answers that never turn into a project: erased after at most twelve months.
- Access you grant to tools or accounts: withdrawn when the project ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: retained for the periods tax law requires.
9Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Where the GDPR applies, you can also request restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within thirty days.
